From a young age, Johnathan knew he wanted more out of life. That drive led him on a journey of exploration—across careers, countries, and cultures—until he found his true calling: human performance. Once he immersed himself in the world of mindset, leadership, and team dynamics, he never looked back.
With a Master’s in Sport Psychology and an MBA, Johnathan has dedicated his career to helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential. His experience spans elite military leadership, corporate executives, and world-class athletes, each facing unique challenges but sharing a common need—clarity, strategy, and cohesion to perform at their best.
While in the U.S. Navy, Johnathan was selected straight from bootcamp to join the Ceremonial Guard in Washington D.C. There, he not only performed over 2000 funerals in Arlington National Cemetery and the surrounding D.C. area as a Casket Bearer, carrying caskets and handing flags to the next of kin, he was further selected to be a Pentagon Tour Guide, representing the U.S. Department of Defense to leaders and iconic figures from around the world. He has worked alongside President George W. Bush, and President Joe Biden, as well as countless other top military leaders.
As a Mental Performance Consultant, Johnathan has worked with collegiate athletes and teams, professional and amateur golfers, as well as holding a position as a Master Resilience Trainer - Performance Expert for the U.S. Army, guiding teams to build trust, improve communication, and foster unity across the ranks. In the business world, he has collaborated with C-level executives and business owners just like you to develop strategic growth plans, identify bottlenecks, and implement processes that drive measurable results. The effects of his training are felt not only in the workplace, but in the homes and communities of those that attend his trainings.
On the international stage, Johnathan has worked with national and government entities in Singapore, playing a key role in helping Olympic-level sailors secure Gold and Silver medals for Singapore at the Asian Games in Jakarta, Indonesia. While there, he was appointed as the Assistant High Performance Manager with the Singapore Sailing Federation to strengthen organizational trust and cohesion.
Originally from a small town in Texas, Johnathan has traveled the world, gaining invaluable perspectives that shape his approach to leadership and performance. These global experiences fuel his ability to help individuals and teams transform into the best version of themselves.
